About these terms
These terms apply to deskos.live, the product and support website for DeskOS, provided by Mazen AlAshbi. They were last updated on October 10, 2026.
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its support channels. If you do not agree to these website terms, please stop using the site.
The app & its license
DeskOS is licensed through Apple's App Store. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless the App Store listing provides a different license. Apple's applicable terms also govern purchases and TestFlight use.
These website terms do not replace the app's license or Apple's purchase terms. If they conflict on a matter governed by those agreements, the applicable app or purchase agreement controls that matter.
DeskOS is an independent app. It is not macOS, Google Chrome, or a method for running arbitrary installed iPhone apps in desktop windows. Apple, iPhone, macOS, AirPlay, App Store, TestFlight, Google, Chrome, YouTube, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement.
Availability & purchases
DeskOS is available now on the App Store. Product screenshots show actual app interfaces with sample content. Features, appearance, requirements, price, and availability may change with updates.
The US price is $11.99 for a one-time app purchase. Apple's purchase screen provides the current price and any applicable taxes for your region. This website does not collect payments, sell subscriptions, or accept preorders.
Purchases and refund requests are handled through Apple under its terms and applicable consumer law. A TestFlight invitation does not guarantee continued testing access, a release date, or a free paid-app license.
Optional free-code giveaway
All current free codes have been claimed. Future-code announcements are available through the separate email subscription form. Existing codes keep their original expiry. Giveaway terms, Apple’s terms and the app license apply. The new batch expires November 22, 2026 at 17:51:53 UTC. Earlier codes retain their original expiry. No review or follow is required. Optional AI services and accessories are not included.
Compatibility & external services
You are responsible for checking that your iPhone, operating system, display, cable, adapter, input devices, and file formats meet your needs. An external desktop requires supported video output. Mouse behavior and display behavior depend in part on iOS and the connected hardware.
Websites and external services set their own terms and technical requirements. They may change, block embedded browsers, restrict sign-in, or discontinue features. DeskOS cannot promise compatibility with every website, account flow, protected video, file format, or accessory.
Links and web shortcuts are provided for convenience. Third-party services are operated by their own providers, who are responsible for their content and practices.
Your files & creative work
You retain your rights to the documents, media, projects, and other content you use with DeskOS. Use only content and services you have permission to access, edit, or share.
Keep backups of important files and original media. Reference-based projects depend on continued access to their sources; moving or deleting source files can affect a project. Review generated captions, edited PDFs, and exports before relying on or sharing them.
A signature image or text annotation is a document-editing feature. Whether a document is validly signed or suitable for a particular purpose depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
Website content & limitations
The website, DeskOS branding, design, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to this site; these terms do not grant ownership of its branding or third-party materials.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided as available without a promise that it will be complete, error-free, or continuously accessible. The app's warranties and limitations are addressed in its applicable license.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
